摘要
国投哈密景峡五A风电场300MW工程位于干旱、多风、蒸发量大、气温日差较大的地区,单台风机基础混凝土603m3,属大体积混凝土。本文针对工程所处地理环境气候条件和混凝土浇筑特点,着重介绍了混凝土浇筑前、浇筑时、浇筑后采取的应对措施,对预防大体积混凝土裂缝、提高大体积混凝土浇筑质量起到了良好的保障作用,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
Three Hundred MW Project of Hami Jingxia 5A Wind Farm of SDIC is located in the area characterized by drought, excessive wind, large evaporation and large daily temperature difference. The single fan foundation concrete is 603m 3, which belongs to mass concrete. Corresponding measures adopted before, during and after concrete pouring are mainly introduced in the paper in view of engineering geological environment conditions and characteristics of concrete pouring. The measures have sound guarantee role to prevent mass concrete crack and improve the quality of mass concrete casting, thereby providing reference for similar engineering construction.
