摘要 "对话"是21世纪的时代精神。在教育领域,"对话教学"是对这一时代精神的回应。在"对话教学"中,师生的交流不再限于纯粹的言语形式,而是师生在思想、情感之间的互动交流。在"对话教学"理念的指导下,教师与学生站在平等的地位上互相启发、彼此认同、互相尊重,形成民主和谐、协作发展的师生关系。"对话教学"是一种特殊的人际交往活动,探讨基于"对话教学"理念的师生关系对当前我国师生关系建构具有深刻的指导意义。 “Dialogue” is the spirit of the 21st century. In the field of education. “dialogical teaching” is a response to the spirit of the age. In “dialogical teaching”, the communication between teachers and students are no longer limited to the words of pureform, but the teachers and students are in the interaction between the thoughts and feelings. Under the guidance of “dialogical teaching” concept, teachers and students stood on the equal status of interact with each other, to form democratic and harmonious relationship. Teacher-student relationship based on the dialogue teaching is a special kind of interpersonal activities. Discussing theteacher-student relationship based on the concept of “ dialogue teaching” has profound guiding significance to the construction ofteacher-student relationship in China today.
