地方高校传媒专业课程教学对策

Teaching and Learning of Media Students in Local Colleges and Universities Based on the Cases of Students Majoring in Radio and TV Editing

地方高校传媒专业教学中主要存在教师为主、学生为辅,教学方式单一,学生自主学习能力较弱等问题,究其原因主要有:教学内容与市场需求脱节,教师在授课过程中不能因材施教,学生文化基础较为薄弱,部分教师的专业水平不高等因素。因此,教师在教学中应采用将学生的个性与共性相结合,发挥自媒体平台等优势,合理安排教学计划等相关对策,切实提高传媒专业教学的实效。

In the teaching of media majors in local universities, there are some problems, such as teachers as the main andstudents as the secondary, teaching methods being single, students being less motivated to learn, and so on. The reasons for thosephenomena are as follows. Teachers cannot educate students in accordance with their aptitude in preparing lessons; some teachers’professional standards need to be improved. On this basis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as combiningstudents’ individuality with generality, giving full play to the advantages of “ self-media” platform, rationally arranging teachingplan, to make it run through the practical ability training.
