2017年榆林市居民健康素养监测现状分析

Analysis on Residents' Health Iiteracy Condition in Yulin in 2017

目的了解2017年榆林市居民健康素养现状,为进一步提高居民健康素养水平提供科学依据和决策支持。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,经过五个阶段抽样,对城乡居民4 050人进行问卷调查。结果 2017年榆林市居民健康素养总体水平为3.31%。居民基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能素养水平分别为8.37%、2.77%和5.46%。居民六类健康问题素养水平由高到低依次为:安全与急救、科学健康观、传染病防治、健康信息、基本医疗和慢性病防治素养,分别为22.43%、18.60%、7.24%、6.67%、5.98%和3.90%。结论重视健康知识传播的同时,重视健康行为干预和技能培训,全面加强健康教育,提升居民健康素养水平。

OBJECTIVE To learn the current situations of residents’ health literacy in Yulin in 2017 in order to provide the scientific reference and decision support for further improving the health literacy level of the residents. METHODS Using multi-staged stratified random cluster sampling,4 050 residents were selected to complete the face-to-face survey after the five stages of sampling. RESULTS The total proportion of the residents with health literacy was 3.31%. The proportion of residents with basic health concept ＆ knowledge,healthy lifestyle ＆ behaviors,and health related skills was 8.37%, 2.77% and 5.46%,respectively. The order of the literacy level from high to low of six kinds of literacy of health problems was safety and first aid, scientific attitude towards health,infectious diseases prevention,health information, basic medical care and chronic diseases prevention. The proportion was 22.43%、18.60%、7.24%、6.67%、5.98% and 3.90% respectively. CONCLUSION In order to improve the health literacy level of the residents, it should pay attention to health knowledge communication ,at the same time, pay more attention to the health behavior intervention and skills training, to strengthen health education overall.
