基于无线传输的桥式起重机安全监测系统分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着现代工业的发展,桥式起重机的应用日渐广泛,很多行业在进行一些体积或者质量较大的货物移动时,都需要应用桥式起重机。与此同时,桥式起重机的安全事故数量也连年递增,给企业造成了巨大的经济损失,一方面由于设备较为昂贵,发生事故后设备损坏的维修成本较高,另外一方面企业的桥式起重机设备较少,一旦它发生事故将影响企业的正常运行。因此,必须采取有效的方法实现对桥式起重机安全的监测。文章将结合实例,分析基于无线传输的桥式起重机安全监测系统,为相关工作者提供参考借鉴。 With the development of modem industry, bridge crane is used more and more widely, many industries need to use bridge crane when moving some large volume or mass of goods. At the same time, the number of bridge crane safety accidents has been increasing year by year, which has caused huge economic losses to enterprises. On the one hand, because the equipment is more expensive, the maintenance cost of equipment damage after the accident is higher; On the other hand, the bridge crane equipment is less, once it accidents will affect the normal operation of the enterprise. Therefore, we must take effective methods to achieve the bridge crane safely monitoring. This paper will analyze the bridge crane safely monitoring system based on wireless transmission, and provide reference for related workers.
