利用激光清洗光学元件表面的实践研究

摘要 文章针对典型的光学玻璃基片,分析了激光清洗光学元件的理论基础,讨论了利用打标机清洗光学元件表面的作用方式。讨论了利用打标机对实验室中常用的污染物(皮肤油脂、粉尘、液晶薄膜)进行清洗实验,为了判定清洗效果怎样,利用光学显微镜对得到的实验样品进行观察。经过实验发现:当打标机调Q频率一定时,打标机输出功率越大,清洗效果越明显。当打标机泵浦光源的功率一定时,随着打标机调Q频率增大,清洗效果越明显。 Aiming at the typical optical glass substrate, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of laser cleaning optical elements, and discusses the action mode of optical elements surface cleaning using marking machine. This paper discusses the cleaning experiment of common pollutants (skin grease, dust, liquid crystal film) in the laboratory using marking machine. In order to judge the cleaning effect, the obtained experimental samples are observed by optical microscope. Through the experiment, it is found that the greater the output power of the marking machine is, the more obvious the cleaning effect is when the Q-switching frequency of the marking machine is fixed. When the power of the pump light source of the marking machine is fixed, the cleaning effect is more obvious with the increasing of Q-switching frequency of the marking machine.
