基于有限元计算的自卸车后桥壳优化设计

摘要 后桥壳作为自卸车一个部件,承担整车牵引力传递及各个方向载荷,受力复杂,冲击大,且后桥壳上必须留有检修孔和接线孔,导致其强度降低,因此有必要对矿卡常见几种工况分析,然后在ANSYS中软件中对后桥壳进行静强度和疲劳分析,为后续后桥壳设计提供一定理论依据。 The rear axle housing, as a part of the dump truck, bears the tractive force transnfission and all direction loads of the whole truck. The stress is complex and the impact is great. Moreover, the rear axle housing must have a repair hole and a connection hole, which leads to the decrease of its strength. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the common working conditions of the mine card, and then the static strength and fatigue analysis of the rear axle housing are carried out in the software of ANSYS, which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up design of the rear axle housing.
