摘要
大型机械起重机的使用,使工业生产中的重物搬运更加便捷高效,为我国现代化建设做出了突出的贡献。提升起重机的运行可靠性,成了当前起重机设计中非常关键的一项工作。电气控制系统是起重机中最为重要的系统组成部分之一,是起重机可靠性、安全性与操纵性的重要保障,应该加强其冗余设计。文章通过分析起重机电气控制系统的串联设计与并联设计,探索起重机电气控制系统的冗余设计方法。
The use of large mechanical cranes makes the transportation of heavy objects in industrial production more convenient and efficient and has made a prominent contribution to the modernization of our country. To improve the reliability of crane operation has become a very critical task in the current crane design. The electric air system is one of the most important parts of the crane system, and it is an important guarantee for the reliability, safety and maneuverability of the crane. Therefore, the redundant design of the crane should be strengthened. Through analyzing the series design and parallel design of the crane's electrical control system, this paper explores the redundant design method of it.
