摘要
文章对传统液压挖掘机的系统能耗进行了分析,并在此基础上结合目前先进的节能技术,提出了一种油电、油液混合动力系统,这种动力系统能够实现对能量的回收。对23t传统液压挖掘机的参数配置进行分析后,建立了关于传统液压挖掘机以及油电、油液混合动力挖掘机回转机构的数学模型,并对三种动力系统的节能效果进行了分析对比。
In this paper, the energy consumption of traditional hydraulic excavator is analyzed. On the basis of this, as well as the advanced energy saving technology, a hybrid power system of electricity and oil is put forward. This kind of power system can realize the recovery of energy. After analyzing the parameter configuration of 23t traditional hydraulic excavator, the mathematical models of the rotary mechanism of conventional hydraulic excavator and electricity and oil hybrid excavator are established, and the energy-saving effects of the three power systems are analyzed and compared.
