解析堆取料机中心漏斗不足及改进措施

Bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is widely used in ports, electric power and metallurgical industries. With the increase of service frequency and service life of stacker-reclaimer, some problems and faults inevitably occur, which seriously affect the service life of stacker-reclaimer and the bidden danger of safely. Therefore, starling from the performance and working mode of stack er-reclaimer, this paper analyzes the problems and hazards of the central funnel of stacker-reclaimer, and then introduces the types and corresponding deficiencies of the central funnel of staeker-reelaimer. Finally, the improvement measures of the center funnel of the stacker-reclaimer are discussed, so that the service life of stacker-reclaimer can be effectively prolonged and the safety of production can be ensured.
