煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试技术分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提升,社会对于煤炭等能源的需求量也越来越大,因此对煤矿生产效率的要求也越来越高。目前我国大多数煤矿均已实现了机械化生产,因此加强煤矿生产机械电气设备的调试是保证煤矿安全、顺利生产的重要措施,该项技术操作相对便捷,在设备调试中还会降低生产成本,因此通过自动化调试技术可以优化煤矿机械电气设备的性能,提高煤矿机电设备整体的运营效益,提高煤矿生产的产能。文章主要针对煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试技术进行分析。 With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for coal and other energy sources in society is also growing, so the requirements for coal mine production efficiency are becoming higher and higher. At present, most coal mines in our country have realized mechanized production, so it is an important measure to strengthen the debugging of electrical equipment of coal mine production machinery to ensure the safety and smooth production of coal mine, and the technical operation is relatively convenient. In the equipment debugging will also reduce production costs, so through automation debugging technology can optimize the performance of coal mine machinery and electrical equipment, we should improve the overall operating efficiency of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment, and improve the production capacity of coal mine. This paper mainly analyzes the automatic debugging technology of electrical equipment of coal mine machinery.
