摘要
目前,国内已建煤层气地面工程不同区块的井场和站场,其工艺流程和参数类似,但其工艺安装、平面布置、配套设施及建设标准等不统一。从煤层气地面工程标准化的背景及必要性出发,阐述了标准化设计的目的,提出标准化设计的核心技术:工艺流程通用化、井场站场平面标准化、站场规模系列化、工艺设备定型化、设计安装模块化。煤层气地面工程采用标准化设计,可提高工程建设效率,统一建设标准及水平,降低建设投资,同时建议持续推进标准化设计,积极推进无人值守站建设,形成适合煤层气田地面工程的低成本开发技术体系。
At present,the process flow and parameters of wellsite and station ground engineering at different built blocks ofcoal bed gas in China are similar,but their process installation,layout,supporting facilities and construction standards arenot uniform. Based on the background and necessity of standardization of coal bed gas engineering,this paper expoundsthe purpose of standardization design of coal bed gas ground engineering,and puts forward that the core technology ofstandardization design of coal bed gas ground engineering,including universalization of process flow,standardization ofwellsite and station layouts,serialization of station scale,process equipment stereotyping,design and installation modu-larization. The standardization design can improve efficiency of construction,unify standards and levels of construction,and reduce investment of construction. At the same time,it is suggested that the standardization design should be pro-moted continuously,the construction of unattended station should be actively promoted,so as to form low cost develop-ment technology system suitable for the ground engineering of coal bed gas field.
