LNG接收站工艺流程图的标准化与应用研究

为加快项目建设,实现经验共享和积累,中国寰球工程有限公司根据业务特点,结合我国LNG产业发展历史,建立了国内LNG接收站标准化设计体系。主要介绍了通过寻找各LNG接收站之间的差异和共同点,建立液化天然气接收站工艺流程图(PFD)、主要设备的管道及仪表流程图(P&ID)的典型图集,并具体介绍了其内容以及应用。通过实际项目的应用表明,该流程图设计标准明显提高了工作效率,缩短了设计周期,为项目投标、报价及前期研究提供了指导和参考。

Aiming to speed up the construction progress,accumulate and share the relevant experience in LNG industry,China Huanqiu Contracting ＆ Engineering Co.,Ltd. establishes a standardized design system for domestic LNG receivingterminals,referring to the characteristics and development history of domestic LNG industry. This paper introducesamethod of drawing the Process Flow Diagram（PFD） and the Piping ＆ Instrumentation Diagram（P＆ID） of main equip-ment,based on the analyses of the similarities and differences among various LNG receiving terminals. And its applicationin a certain project under construction is also showed in details. This standardized design system effectively improves thewhole working efficiency and shortens the overall design period. It also providesa guidance or reference for any new projectduring bidding,quotation and proposal stages.
