摘要
为提高油气田工程建设速度和质量,传统的粗放型施工方式已经不能满足施工要求,模块化施工逐渐成为油气田工程设计、安装的必然选择。模块化施工可大大提高预制深度,减少现场安装工作量,从而产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。在简要介绍了模块化施工在吊装、运输保护、基础质量要求、基础灌浆等方面的特点和难点的基础上,较为详细地论述了在设计、制造、包装、运输、安装等方面模块化施工常见问题并提出相应建议,其内容对油气田工程模块化施工具有一定的参考、借鉴意义。
In order to increase oil/gas field engineering construction speed and quality,modular construction becomesinevitable selection in oil/gas field construction gradually,which can greatly increase prefabrication depth,decrease fieldinstallation workload,thus brings good economic benefit and social benefit. This paper introduces briefly the features anddifficulties of modular construction in hoisting,transport protection,foundation quality and foundation grouting,illustratesproblems frequently encountered and puts forward corresponding suggestions in design,manufacture,packing,transportand installation.
