Packing technique of natural gas modularized equipment

模块化装置在陆路运输过程中因运输距离远、转运吊装次数多、仓储时间长等情况,发运前需对其进行有效包装。首先简要介绍了木箱包装、雨布包裹、铁皮包装、热塑薄膜包装等模块化装置的常见包装方式及包装特点;而后阐述了模块化装置包装要适应路况、天气条件、运输限制条件、物资防水防潮、物资长时间仓储等的整体技术要求;最后给出了考虑运输方式及转运次数、气象条件、运输途经地社会环境、现场仓储时间、经济性、包装方式适应性对比等因素的模块化装置包装方式的选择原则。

Modularized equipment needs effective packing for transport due to long distance,many transfers and hoistings,and long-term warehousing. The common packing materials include wood box,waterproof cloth,iron sheet,thermo-plastic film,etc. The packing should meet the requirements of load,weather,transport limitation,waterproof andlong-term warehousing. Selection principle of packing techniques should consider the factors such as transport mode,number of transfers,weather condition,social circumstance of places passed,warehousing time in site,economy andpacking mode adaptability.
