用于D 1422 mm管道的空芯气缸10焊接单元内焊机的研制

摘要 为降低管道内焊机在运行维护过程中的经济成本,提高其工作可靠性,结合进口内焊机设备在施工中存在的技术问题,对机械结构进行了设计研究。采用新型空芯气缸结构传送导气电缆的系统形式,有效降低了备件消耗成本。新型的焊接单元内部送丝及焊枪摆动机构分别设计成独立的机构,降低了焊接单元内部机构的复杂性,易于现场的维护保养工作。该装备已成功应用于中俄东线天然气管道建设和焊接工艺评定工作中,经过长期的试验及现场应用,其运行维护低成本的特性、施工高效的特点,达到了预期的设计目标。 In order to reduce the operational cost and increase the operational reliability of pipeline internal welding ma-chine, the design research on improving the imported internal welding machine is conducted. The internal wire feedingstructure and torch swing structure of the new type welding element are respectively designed as independent structure.Thus,the structural complexity of the welding element is decreased and easy for field maintenance. This improved weldingmachine has applied in Sino-RussianEast Gas Pipeline construction and welding process assessment. Through long-termtests and field applications, the design target of low cost and high efficiency of the welding machine is reached.
