摘要
中俄东线天然气管道管径为1 422 mm,如此大直径管道施工在国内尚属首次,缺乏可借鉴的施工经验,管道材质级别比以往大口径管道高,焊接工艺与以往的半自动工艺完全不同,因而必须对大口径管道机械化作业作深入研究,以总结出可以指导后期工作的施工成果及经验。首先简要介绍了施工试验目的、设备选型依据、焊接工艺流程等;而后详细论述了坡口加工,管口打磨、组对、预热,管口根焊、热焊、填充焊、盖面焊等施工方法和过程;最后在对自动焊流水作业工效进行统计的基础上,给出了综合工效数据。
Sino-Russia East Gas Pipeline has the diameter of 1 422 mm with higher steel grade. It is the first time in Chinato construct such large diameter pipeline. The innovative automatic welding process is needed,so deep research onmechanized operation for large diameter pipeline is carried out. The purpose of construction test,basis of equipment se-lection,welding process flow are introduced. The construction method and procedure with respect to the pipe beveling,pipe edge polishing,pipes aligning,pipe preheating,and the root welding,hot welding,filling welding and cosmeticwelding of pipe orifice are discussed in detail. The synthetical data of work efficiency are presented based on the statisticsof automatic welding line operation efficiencies.
