大口径一体化管道端面整形设备改造技术研究

摘要 当前大部分管道的坡口加工形式为:大功率吊管机拖载分离式液压站,同时吊起坡口机切削头进行坡口作业。这种作业形式存在吊管机自带液压系统和液压站液压系统重复投入,设备转场时需要将切削头、液压站、吊管机分离,分别完成转场后再进行组装的缺点,经技术改造形成大口径一体化管道端面整形设备可克服上述缺点。介绍了自行式液压系统主机、切削机头、快速链接、吊重装置、整机结构设计及性能对比等内容。实践证明,该设备具有集坡口机头、动力源、辅助吊重装置为一体,主机身可适用多种管径规格坡口机头,可自行完成设备转场,工作效率提高了30%等特点。 At present,most pipe bevel processing uses a large power pipelayer to convey a separated hydraulic station andhoist the cutter of a pipe beveling machine to carry out beveling operation,which has the disadvantages such as havingboth self-bringing hydraulic system and separated hydraulic station system,if equipment transferred to another site,thecutter,hydraulic station and pipelayer needing separation and then reassembly. The reformed integral pipe edge shapingmachine for large diameter pipeline overcomes these problems. This paper introduces the design of main machine ofself-moving hydraulic system,cutter,quick connection,hoisting device,integral machine structure and functionalcomparison. The application proves that this equipment has the advantages such as integrating beveling head,power andaided hoisting device as a whole,good adaptability for different diameter beveling heads,good self-moving capability forequipment transfer to another site,and wok efficiency increasing 30%.
