摘要
传统长输管道EPC工程项目管理手段常由于管理所需要的业务数据不充分,致使项目管理平台不能发挥有效的作用。介绍了全生命周期管理体系下的项目管理模式,按照业务与管理分层组织的原则,构建面向管理平台和数据仓库的多租用户架构模式。通过建立企业数据标准,以数据仓库建设为核心,实现E/P/C各阶段业务数据的清洗与集中共享,形成多业务间的数据链和管道EPC阶段的数据资产,实现EPC建设阶段的数字化管道资产移交,同时形成基于数据分析的按需分配、动态聚合的多租用户使用模式,促进业务数据的融合。该架构模式在中国石油管道局EPC工程项目管理平台中得到了有效的应用。
Traditional project management platform cannot often give its full play due to insufficient business data. Throughanalyzing project management modes under the full lifecycle management system and according to the hierarchical organi-zation principle of business and management,the multi-tenant framework model orientating to management platform anddata warehouse is established. This framework model constructs enterprise data standard and data warehouse as the core,realizes business data cleaning and sharing in E/P/C phases,forms data chains of multi-business and data assets inpipeline E/P/C phases,realizes digital pipeline asset transfer,and simultaneously forms multi-tenant model of distributionaccording to needs and dynamic aggregation based on data analysis,promotes business data integration. This frameworkmodel is applied effectively in EPC project management platform of China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co.,Ltd.
