全数字化移交是基于油气长输管道全生命周期管理的需要。按照业主单位统一的数据标准,中国石油管道局工程有限公司通过构建管道数字化模型,利用信息系统采集管道工程设计、采办、施工等各阶段数据,通过数据仓库进行数据关联、存储与共享,最终实现实体管道与数字化管道的同时交付,满足后续管道完整性、可视化管理需要。这是实现管道智能化运营和全生命周期管理的重要基础,也是提升管道安全运行水平和建设智慧管道的重要保障。

Fully digital handover is based on the full lifecycle management of oil and gas pipelines. According to the uniformdata standard of owner unit, China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. builds pipeline digital model, utilizesinformation system to collect the data in the phases of design,procurement and construction,then conducts datacorrelation,storage and sharing based on data warehouse. Finally,the real pipeline and the digital pipeline are handed oversimultaneously and meet the integration and visualization management requirements of subsequence pipeline. This is theimportant base to realize intelligentialized operation and full lifecycle management of pipeline, and is the importantguarantee to raise pipeline safety management level and build smart pipeline.
