Implementation scheme of fully digital handover of pipeline construction

数字化移交是智慧管道建设的重要组成部分,对管道工程建设和运维管理有着重要的意义。结合近些年中国石油在数字化管道建设方面的经验,简要介绍了数字化移交的目的和意义;在进行现状分析的基础上,论述了数字化移交的整体框架:统一规范的数据标准体系、围绕全生命周期数据库的数字化移交体系、数字化移交管理制度体系、数字化移交组织人员保障团队体系;阐明了根据数据标准进行设计、采办、施工、验收、整体的数字化移交的实施方案;最后提出了规划与展望。

The digital handover is an important part of pipeline construction. This paper introduces the purpose andsignificance of the digital handover based on the experience from digital pipeline construction of CNPC,discusses theintegral configuration of the digital handover through analyzing its current status,that is,unified and normative datastandard system,digital handover system based on full lifecycle database,management system of digital handover,personnel and organization system for ensuring digital handover. It describes the implementation scheme of digital handoveraccording to data standard,including the digital handovers in design,procurement,construction,check,acceptanceand integration. At last,it puts forward the planning and expectation on the digital handover.
