摘要
在大型油气厂站施工中,焊口数量大,工序、人员多,使得焊口信息的追溯性管理难度大。在龙王庙磨溪管道工程和塔里木凝析气轻烃工程中,采用自主研发的SKID生产管理软件对焊口信息进行全过程数字化管理,实现焊口信息100%可追溯。在简要介绍了焊口信息化管理数字化、数据信息化、可视化的三大要点基础上,较为详细地介绍了焊口数字化管理中涉及的基础信息设置、下料、组对、焊接、检测委托、检测、热处理等环节,论述了反馈生产信息、指导生产过程的数据信息化方式和焊口的可视化管理等内容。
Because of the large quantity of welds,many operation procedures and large number of people needed in largeoil/gas factory and station construction,the traceability of welds information management becomes very difficult. InLongwangmiao Moxi pipeline project and Tarim condensate gas light hydrocarbon project,the self developed productionmanagement software SKID is used to manage the whole process information and realize 100% traceability. The informationmanagement relates to fundamental information setting, blanking, aligning, welding, inspection commissioned,inspection and heat treatment. The production information feedback,data infomationized mode and welds visualizationmanagement are discussed.
