含裂纹球罐有限元分析及应力强度因子求解

摘要 依托ABAQUS有限元软件,对于球罐中存在的裂纹,根据相关标准分别建立表面裂纹和埋藏裂纹模型,分析其应力应变分布,并计算其应力场强度因子,分析裂纹长度、裂纹位置及应力状态对应力强度因子变化规律。结果表明应力场强度因子随着裂纹长度及应力的变大而变大。在同工况下表面裂纹应力值要比埋藏裂纹高得多,更容易扩展。 Based on the finite element software ABAQUS, the surface crack and buried crack models of spherical tank are established according to the relevant standards, and the stress and strain distributions are analyzed. The stress feld intensity factors are calculated, and the variation rules of the crack length, crack location and stress state on the stress intensity factors are analyzed. The results show that the stress intensity factor increases with the increase of crack length and stress. Under the same working condition, the surface crack stress value is much higher than the buried crack, and it is easier to expand.
