摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定颈脑康丸中阿魏酸、丹酚酸B、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和芍药苷的含量。方法采用BDS-Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-1mL·L^(-1)磷酸溶液为流动相;梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min^(-1);阿魏酸、丹酚酸B、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和芍药苷的检测波长分别为316,286,260和230nm;进样量为10μL。结果各指标成分分离度良好,阿魏酸、丹酚酸B、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和芍药苷的线性范围分别为18.69~373.76,89.28~1 785.60,18.40~368.00和90.00~1 800.00ng;平均加样回收率分别为98.99%(RSD=0.82%),99.30%(RSD=0.64%),98.90%(RSD=1.14%)和98.98%(RSD=0.88%)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于颈脑康丸的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ferulic acid,salvianolic acid B,calycosin-7- O - β -D-glycoside and paeoniflorin in Jingnaokang Pills. Methods The chromatographic separation was carried out on a BDS-Hypersil C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-1 mL·L -1 H 3 PO 4 with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 .The UV detection wavelength of ferulic acid,salvianolic acid B,calycosin-7- O - β -D-glycoside and paeoniflorin were set at 316,286,260 and 230 nm,injection volume was 10 μL. Results Excellent chromatographic separation was achieved and the ranges for linear correlation of ferulic acid,salvianolic acid B,calycosin-7- O - β -D-glycoside and paeoniflorin were 18.69-373.76,89.28-1 785.60,18.40-368.00 and 90.00-1 800.00 ng,respectively.The average recovery of ferulic acid,salvianolic acid B,calycosin-7- O - β -D-glycoside and paeoniflorin were 98.99% (RSD=0.82%),99.30% (RSD=0.64%),98.90% (RSD=1.14%) and 98.98% (RSD=0.88%). Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Jingnaokang Pills.
