高温胁迫下丛枝菌根真菌对百合耐热性的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Heat Tolerance of Lily Plants Grown under High Temperature Stress

摘要 本试验于温室容器栽培条件下,研究了昼/夜温度(25℃/15℃、35℃/25℃、45℃/35℃)和接种丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae)和/或变形球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)对百合(Lilium brownii)东方百合品种‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)耐热性的影响。结果表明,同时双接种摩西斗管囊霉和变形球囊霉(混合接种)的根系侵染率、丛枝着生率和泡囊数最高,该处理的百合株高、茎粗、花蕾数、地上部干重、地下部干重及叶面积均显著高于不接种对照;接种AMF促进百合的生长效应大小顺序:混合菌种﹥变形球囊霉﹥摩西斗管囊霉。于35℃/25℃温度下处理48h,与对照相比,混合接种的百合叶片可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量分别提高15%和14%,丙二醛含量和相对电导率显著低于不接种对照。接种变形球囊霉和接种混合菌种可以降低高温对百合植株的伤害程度,而接种摩西斗管囊霉改善百合耐高温效用不显著。结论认为接种AMF能在一定范围和程度上提高百合的耐热性,其中以摩西斗管囊霉和变形球囊霉混合接种效应最大。 Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) Glomus versiforme , Funneliformis mosseae , and G. versiforme + F. mosseae on the heat tolerence of Lilium brownii (cultivar Siberia) under the different daily/night temperatures (25 ℃/15 ℃, 35 ℃/25 ℃, 45 ℃/35 ℃) were investigated in a greenhouse. Results showed that the mixed inoculation with G. versiforme + F. mosseae gave the best mycorrhizal colonization status, with the highest arbuscule rate and vesicle numbers; and plant height, stem diameter, number of buds, shoot dry weight, root dry weight and leaf area of this treated lily were greater than that of the non-inoculation control. The order of growth effect of Lilium brownii inoculated with AMF was the mixed strain 〉 G.versiforme 〉 F.mosseae . Being compared with the control, the contents of soluble protein and proline in leaves of lily inoculated with mixed AMF inoculation increased by 15% and 14%, respectively, and contents of malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity were significantly lower than those of the control. The mixed inoculation and the single inoculation with G.versiforme could reduce the injury degree of high temperature to lily plants. But it was not significant in improving heat tolerence of lily by the single inoculation with F.mosseae. It was concluded that the inoculation of AMF could improve heat tolerance of lily and the mixed inoculation with G.versiforme and F.mosseae showed superior benefits.
