摘要 杏八九区块油田经过50多年的开发,目前已进入高含水后期,随着含水的升高和无效循环的加剧,带来产量递减、成本攀升和能耗增加等问题。通过低效井治理、精细注采调整、优化改造等措施,实现了区块有效开发,探索出了老油田提质增效新途径,实现年节电505.34×104kWh、节气19.2×104m3、年收益1.33亿元。不仅提高了开发效益,更为高效开发、持续稳产提供强有力的技术支撑,为油田持续发展奠定了坚实基础。 After more than 50 years of development, the oil field of the Xing eight or nine area has already entered the late stage of high water-cut. With the increase of water cut and the aggravation of the invalid cycle,the production decline, the rising cost and the increase of energy consumption have been brought about.Through the treatment of low efficiency well、 fine injection-production adjustment、 optimizations measures is transformed stabilizing oil dewatering measures.The effective development of the block is realized.The new way of improving the quality and efficiency of the old oil field is explored. Realize annual power saving 505.34 ×104 kWh、 gas saving 19.2 × 104 m3、 annual earnings1.33×107 RMB.Which not only improves the development benefit, but also provides strong technical support for high efficiency development and steady production. And lays a solid foundation for the continuous development of the oil field.
