摘要
对杏北油田深度注水系统东西过渡带区域和纯油区域站库能力负荷进行分析,针对部分区域注水站运行负荷偏低的问题,提出停运1座注水站和1座深度污水站的思路,并结合高压注水管网和低压供水管网连通情况进行可行性分析,制定停运1座注水站及污水站后的优化运行方式,满足了井口注水及污水调运需求。同时,提出一些认识和建议,为今后注水系统优化运行和建设提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the station-reservoir capacity load in the East-West transition zone and the pure oil zone of the deep water injection system in Xingbei Oilfield. Aiming at the low operation load of the water injection stations in some areas, it puts forward the idea of shutting down one water injection station and one deep sewage station, and analyzes the feasibility of connecting the high-pressure water injection pipe network with the low-pressure water supply pipe network. The optimized operation mode after shutting down one water injection station and sewage station is formulated to meet the requirements of wellhead water injection and sewage transfer. At the same time, some knowledge and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the future operation and construction of water injection system.
