台肇地区注水系统节能措施及效果

摘要 台肇地区水驱开发过程中,为满足个别高压井的注入需求,注配间增压柱塞泵需要输出较高的压力,大幅度增加了注水系统的能耗。并节能降耗作为一个系统工程,以降低泵压作为节能的直接手段,从地面工程、采油工程和油藏工程角度开展综合性节能降耗工作,面向注配间、管线与单井,采取了分压注水、变频调速、管线清洗、管线改造、酸化洗井、方案优化等多种技术手段,兼顾地面与地下,统筹结合日常维护与措施处理,获得了较好的节电效果,全年累计节电18.8×104kWh,对注水系统节能降耗有一定的指导意义。 Plunger pumps in the water distribution rooms should be run under high pressures to ensure that all the high-pressure injection wells operate normally. However, higher pumping pressure means higher energy consumption level of water injection system during the waterflood development. In other words, pump pressures reducing comes with energy saving. Therefore, in the perspective of a systematic project, pump pressures were optimized through oilfield surface engineering measures combining with reservoir engineering and production engineering methods, which included injection wells and plunger pumps rebinding based on pressures, pump speeds adjusting by frequency converters, pipelines cleaning, pipelines reconstruction, sandstone acidizing,well flushing and water injection schemes optimization. Based on both routine maintenance and treatment, these measures took water distribution rooms, water injection pipelines and injection wells all into account. The economic analysis results have shown that energy consumption decreased after these measures came into operation,which attached a valuable significance for energy-saving of water injection systems.
