摘要
SAGD技术采油过程消耗大量蒸汽并产生大量低温位余热,为满足绿色发展的要求,需要对低温余热回收利用。余热回收应遵循同级利用优先、因地制宜的原则。吸收式热泵技术可将低温位热量向高温位传递,包括第一类增热型(AHP)和第二类升温型(AHT),前者获取更多热量而后者目的是获取更高的温升。将吸收式热泵的特点与SAGD余热特点综合考量,同时考虑到油田污水处理的必要性,给出了增热型和升温型吸收式热泵在SAGD采油中的余热回收技术方案。
the SAGD technology consumes large amounts of steam and generates a mass of low-temperature waste heat during the oil recovery process. To meet the requirements of green development strategy, low-temperature waste heat needs to be recycled. Waste heat recovery should follow the principle of utilizing heat at the same level in the first priority and adapting to local specific conditions. The absorption heat pump can transfer lowtemperature heat to high temperature, including the first class one named heat augment(AHP) and the second class named temperature rise(AHT), the former tends to obtain more heat while the latter aims to obtain higher temperature rise. Considering the features of the absorption heat pump and the SAGD waste heat, together with taking into account the necessity of oilfield wastewater treatment, the usage of AHP and AHT in SAGD oil recovery is proposed in the present paper.
