鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺对视神经炎病人视野缺损程度的影响 被引量:6

EFFECT OF RAT NERVE GROWTH FACTOR COMBINED WITH MECOBALAMIN ON VISUAL FIELD DEFECT IN PATIENTS WITH OPTIC NEURITIS

摘要 目的:研究鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺对视神经炎病人视野缺损程度的影响。方法:选取2015-03~2018-03期间在我院眼科门诊就诊并被确诊为视神经炎的病人70例,随机分成两组,观察组和对照组各35例,所有病人均行常规治疗,对照组在此基础上行鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察组进行鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗,对比分析两组病人的治疗有效率、治疗前后视野缺损程度、视力改善效果、住院时间、不良反应发生率及复发率的情况。结果:观察组病人治疗有效率(100%)显著高于对照组(82.86%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组病人的视野缺损程度均有不同程度的降低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组缺损程度改善效果更显著;同时两组病人的视力与治疗前相比,均有不同程度的提高,且观察组病人的视力提高效果更加明显;观察组病人的平均住院时间、不良反应发生率及出院后复发率均显著低于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学差异。结论:对患有视神经炎的病人采用鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗有效率明显高于单独使用鼠神经生长因子治疗,联合用药显著提高了病人的视力,快速缓解并治愈了临床症状,明显缩短了病人的住院时间,有效降低出院后复发率和不良反应发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective: To study the effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamin on the degree of visual field defect in patients with optic neuritis. Methods: A total of 70 patients who were diagnosed with optic neuritis in our ophthalmology clinic between March 2015 and March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group and the control group each had 35 cases. All patients received conventional treatment. The rats were treated with rat nerve growth factor. The rats in the observation group were treated with nerve growth factor and mecobalamin. The therapeutic efficacy, the degree of visual field defect before and after treatment, the visual acuity improvement effect, hospitalization time, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Rate and recurrence rate. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group (100%) was significantly higher than that in the control group ( 82.86 %), and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the pre-treatment group, the degree of visual field defect was reduced to different degrees in both groups. And the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The improvement effect of the defect degree in the observation group was more significant; at the same time, the visual acuity of the two groups was improved to some extent compared with that before the treatment, and the visual acuity of the observation group was improved. Obviously; the average length of hospital stay, incidence of adverse reactions, and recurrence rate after discharge were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The use of murine nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamin was significantly more effective than the use of murine nerve growth factor alone in patients with optic neuritis. Combination therapy significantly improved the patient′s vision, quickly relieved and cured the clinical symptoms, significantly shortened The hospitalization time of patients can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions after discharge, which is worthy of being popularized and applied in clinical practice.
