摘要 为了对高频电阻焊(HFW)焊管的缺陷研究提供定性和半定性分析的依据,以HFW焊管为研究对象,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结合X射线能谱仪对焊接过程中出现的多种缺陷,如Mn-Si系夹杂物、Mn-S系夹杂物以及Mg-Ca-Al系夹杂物进行了微观形貌及成分分析。通过全面分析,找到了引发断裂的主要原因,发现夹杂物破坏了焊接接头金属的连续性和均匀性,从而降低了焊接接头的塑韧性和综合力学性能。最后针对出现的问题,提出了防范措施。 In order to provide a basis for qualitative and semi-qualitative analysis of high-frequency electric resistance welding(HFW) welded pipe defects, in this study, the HFW welded pipe was used as the research object. At the same time, the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) combined with X-ray energy spectrometer was used to analyze micromorphology and composition analysis of various defects in the welding process, such as Mn-Si inclusions, Mn-S inclusions and Mg-Ca-Al inclusions. Through comprehensive analysis, the main reason for the initiation of fracture was found. It was found that the inclusions destroyed the continuity and uniformity of the weld joint metal, thus reducing the plastic toughness and comprehensive mechanical properties of the welded joint. Finally, in response to these problems, preventive measures were proposed.
