摘要
为了提高中俄东线天然气管道用X80钢级Φ1 422 mm×21.4 mm大壁厚螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝中部缺陷的检出率,针对常规自动超声波探伤反射回波低、存在漏检风险等问题,采用增加串列式探头组合扫查方法,实现对焊接接头中部位置可能出现的钝边未熔合、钝边未焊透等垂直检测面方向的面积型缺陷的准确检出。试验结果表明,串列式探头的应用形成了焊缝中部独立声束扫查,有效地提高了钝边未熔合、钝边未焊透等缺陷的检测可靠性,使产品质量得到了保障。
In order to improve the detection rate of the middle defect of the weld of the X80 grade Φ1 422 mm ×21.4 mm thick wall spiral submerged arc welded pipe which used in natural gas pipelines in the Sino-Russian eastern route,the method of automatic ultrasonic tandem scanning was used to solve the problems such as low reflection echoes and missed detection risks of conventional automatic ultrasonic inspection,and used to precise detecting area-type defects in the direction of the vertical detection such as incomplete penetration and lack of fusion in the middle position of the welded joint. The results show that the application of the automatic ultrasonic tandem scanning has formed the inspection of the independent beam in the middle seam,which effectively improves the reliability of detection of defects such as incomplete penetration and lack of fusion penetration,and ensures product quality.
