抽油杆失效形式分析及修复技术现状 被引量:7

摘要 抽油杆作为有杆举升系统的关键部件之一,在各油田大量使用。为了延长抽油杆的使用周期,减少事故发生率,研究了抽油杆的常见失效形式,并对修复技术现状进行了分析。结果显示,抽油杆的失效形式主要为腐蚀、偏磨及制造缺陷导致的失效;3种在用抽油杆的修复方法为基本修复、工艺型修复、再制造成坯料。研究表明,采用全生命周期的管理方法并结合修复及再制造技术能够最大限度延长抽油杆的使用周期,降低油田的开发成本。 Sucker rod was one of the key components of the lifting system,there were large annual amount of sucker rods in every oilfield in China. At the same time,a large number of sucker rods were abandoned each year. In order to extend the life cycle of the sucker rod and reduce the accident rate,the common failure forms of sucker rod were summarized,and the repair technology situations were analyzed. The results showed that failure modes of sucker rods included corrosion,eccentric wear and failure caused by manufacturing defects;there were three kinds of using repair technology,including essential repair,technologic repair and remanufacturing to blank. The research indicated that full life circle management method combined with repair and remanufacturing technology could extend the life cycle of the sucker rod to maximize the life cycle of the sucker rod and reduce the development cost of oil field.
