丙烯酸盐对热硫化硅橡胶力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基胶,白炭黑等为填料,制得热硫化(HTV)硅橡胶。研究了丙烯酸锰、丙烯酸铈用量对HTV硅橡胶性能的影响。结果显示,随着丙烯酸盐用量的增加,硅橡胶的拉伸强度先升后降,最高可达约11 MPa,拉断伸长率增加,撕裂强度先增后减,硬度逐渐下降。其中,丙烯酸锰对拉断伸长率和撕裂强度的提高效果优于丙烯酸铈,当丙烯酸锰用量为4份时,硅橡胶的撕裂强度高达43. 47 k N/m。橡胶加工性能分析和透射电镜结果显示,丙烯酸盐可明显改善白炭黑的分散性。少量添加丙烯酸盐即可获得具有高拉伸强度和撕裂强度的HTV硅橡胶。 The effects of the amount of manganese acrylate and cerium acrylate on the properties of HTV silicone rubber were studied. Result shows that with the increase of the amount of acrylate, the tensile strength of the silicone rubber rises first and then decreases, up to about 11 MPa, the elongation at break increases, the tear strength increases first and then decreases, and the hardness decreases gradually. Manganese acrylate has a better effect on the elongation at break and tear strength than that of cerium acrylate. The tearing strength of silicone rubber goes up to 43.47 kN/m when 4 phr manganese acrylate is added. Results of RPA analysis and transmission electron microscopy show that acrylate significantly improves the dispersibility of silica. HTV silicone rubber with high tensile strength and tear strength can be obtained by adding a small amount of acrylate.
