硅树脂微球对硅烷改性聚醚密封胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过在硅烷改性聚醚密封胶中添加硅树脂微球,研究其对密封胶性能的影响。比较了不同硅树脂微球用量对密封胶密度、硫化速度、拉伸强度以及拉断伸长率等的影响。结果表明,当硅树脂微球质量分数为0. 5%时,密封胶密度降低了8. 2%,且力学性能和硫化性能均无明显变化,贮存稳定性良好。 Adding silicone resin microsphere in the silane modified polyether sealant, the effect of silane resin microspheres on the properties of silicone modified polyether sealant was studied. The effects of different amounts of resin microspheres on the density, curing speed, tensile strength and elongation at break of the sealant were compared. Results show that when the mass fraction of resin microspheres is 0.5% and density of the sealant decrease 8.2%, and the mechanical and curing properties of the sealant are not changed obviously, and has good storage stability.
