摘要
以275#苯基水解料为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂,经缩聚平衡得到苯基混合料,再经减压蒸馏收集沸点在280~360℃的馏分制得扩散泵硅油。该扩散泵硅油分别采用全程蒸馏、切割二段馏分、切割五段馏分进行成分分析。扩散泵硅油通过蒸馏切割五段馏分和二段馏分后,其40℃平均运动黏度为59. 61 mm2/s、平均折射率1. 5779,与扩散泵硅油的指标较接近。所得扩散泵硅油馏分窄,轻馏分和重组分较少,纯度较高,且可帮助真空泵获得较高的极限真空度。
The diffused pump silicone oil was prepared by collecting the fraction with boiling point between 280℃ and 360℃ during the vacuum distillation of the phenyl mixture, which was acquired by equilibrium condensation reaction with 275 # phenyl hydrolysate as the raw material and tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as catalyst. The diffused pump silicone oil was analyzed by full distillation, cutting two-stage fraction and cutting five-stage fraction respectively. The silicone oil in diffuser pump was cut by five fractions and two fractions by distillation ,whose average kinematic viscosity at 40℃ was 59.61 mm 2/s and the average refractive index was 1.5779, which was close to that of the diffused pump silicone oil. Results showed that the diffusive pump silicone oil fraction was narrow, light fraction and heavy fraction were less, higher purity, and could help the vacuum pump to obtain a higher limit vacuum.
