摘要
大学生的科研训练计划(SRTP)自从国外引进后在中国已经走过了十余载,取得了一定的成绩。然而,传统的依赖学生自主申报的SRTP模式存在着一些弊端。福州大学从2016年开始探索以教师科研课题带动学生科研参与的新模式,该模式能保证师生研究方向的一致性与学生的参与度,保证课题的科学性以及课题研究设计的可操作性,同时帮助学生建立起一套正确的学术伦理与价值观,打造学校、教师、学生三方受益的平台。基于此,分析教师科研课题带动学生参与SRTP的优势,并总结实施效果和其带来的启示,以期为其他高校的本科生教育改革提供一定的参考。
SRTP in China has made some achievements over the past decade since it was introduced from abroad. However, the over-dependence on students to apply for SRTP projects has some drawbacks. Fuzhou University started to explore the new pattern of SRTP in 2016, where teachers research projects motivated students to get involved. The new pattern can ensure the consistency and participation of teachers and students research, which guarantees the scientific quality of research and the feasibility of the project design. Furthermore, the new pattern can help students establish a correct academic ethics and values, and create a platform that is beneficial for schools, teachers and students. There, this paper analyzes the advantages of using teacher research project too promote students participation in SRTP and summarizes the implementation effect and its enlightenment so as to provide some reference for undergraduate education reform in other universities.
