On the Teacher's Role in Constructing a Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship

师生关系是学校中最主要的社会关系,师生关系涉及到师生间的心理关系、工作关系以及道德关系,并且这些关系都是相互渗透制约的。在新的发展形势下,应构建现代和谐的师生关系,落实好素质教育。而在构建和谐师生关系的过程中,教师的角色也是随之变化的,应确保在适当的时候扮演适当的角色。基于此,主要从构建和谐师生关系的重要性入手进行分析,重点论述和谐师生关系的教师角色转变。

The teacher-student relationship is the most important social relationship in the school, which involves the psychological, working and moral relations between teachers and students, and these relationships influence and restrict each other. In the new development situation, we should create a modern harmonious relationship between teachers and students and implement quality education. In the course of building a harmonious teacher-student relationship, the role of teachers is also changing, and we should ensure teachers play an appropriate role accordingly. This article mainly analyzes the importance of building harmonious teacher-student relationship, and focuses on the transformation of teachers role in harmonious teacher-student relationship.
