摘要
中小学中层干部是学校发展的中坚力量,他们承上启下、传达落实,这支队伍的专业发展对于提高学校管理效率和办学水平起着至关重要的作用。课题研究是中层干部专业成长的"沃土",它既以问题为导向服务于学校实际,同时又能够提升中小学中层干部的能力和水平。基于课题研究视域的中小学中层干部专业发展进行简要分析,并提出相应的对策建议,以求促进中小学中层干部专业发展。
Middle-level cadres are the backbone of the development of primary and secondary schools, serving as the bridge between leaders and subordinates, convey and implement policies, whose professional development plays a critical role in improving the efficiency of school management and education levels. The subject research is the "fertile soil" for the professional growth of middle-level cadres, which not only serves the actual situation of the school with a problem-oriented approach, but also improves the ability and level of middle-level cadres in primary and secondary schools. This paper briefly analyzes the professional development of middle-level cadres in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of subject research, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the professional development of middle-level cadres in primary and secondary schools.
