广西幼儿教师心理资本的现状研究 被引量:1

摘要 采取问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,针对广西幼儿教师心理资本的现状进行深入分析。从家庭状况、环境状况、从业状况三个方面的实际情况加以衡量,得出了非独生子女幼儿教师心理资本状况普遍优于独生子女幼儿教师的结果,以及正式教师心理资本状况普遍优于聘用教师的结论。这对于优化和完善广西地区的幼儿教师心理资本具有重要意义,也是明确培养方向和完善标准的参考维度。 This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, mathematieal statistics method and logical analysis method to analyze the status quo of the Guangxi kindergarten teachers' psychological capital. Measured from the actual situation in three aspects: family status, environmental status, and employnlent status, it is found that the psychological capital of non-only child preschool teach- ers is generally superior to that of only child preschool teachers, and that the registered teacher psychological capital status is generally better than that of unregistered teachers. It is of great significance to optimize and improve the psychological capital of preschool teachers in Guangxi, and is a reference dimension to clarify the training direction and improvement standards.
