Improving Management and Scientific Management in Middle Schools in the New Situation

随着素质教育和教育改革的持续开展,新形势下如何提高中学管理水平始终是学校管理者共同关注的焦点。而近年来,随着互联网技术的普及和推广,以及科学技术在新课标中的逐步渗透,科学管理也成为炙手可热的话题之一。基于此,主要讨论提高中学管理水平的四个主要的努力方向,以及现阶段科学管理的实施模式和中学科学实验室建设等。

With the continuous development of quality education and educational reform, how to improve the management level of middle school under the new situation is always the focus of common attention of school administrators. In recent years, with the popularization and spread of the Internet technology and the gradual penetration of science and technology in the new curriculum, scientific management has become one of the hot topics. This paper mainly discusses four main efforts to improve the management level of middle school, as well as the implementation mode of science management and the construction of science laboratory of the middle school.
