摘要
"旅游+互联网"行动计划为旅游企业信息服务共享指明了方向,推动了旅游服务的个性化、优质化和多样化,提升了旅游企业的竞争力。本文在分析了影响信息服务共享因素的基础上,总结了目前存在的五种信息服务共享模式,提出了"旅游+互联网"的融合要建立合适的信息交换平台,要提高信息共享的效率,要提高大数据分析处理的能力和效率,要坚持以顾客为核心,要发挥政府的引导作用。
"Tourism + Internet" action plan points out the direction of information service sharing of tourism enterprises, and promotes the individuation, high quality and diversifcation of tourism service, which also enhances the competitiveness of tourism enterprises. In fact, information service sharing model of domestic tourism enterprises is to realize the optimal resources allocation of tourism enterprises. Five existing information service sharing models and its influence factors are summarized. The paper finally believes that integration of "tourism + Internet" requires the establishment of a suitable information exchange platform, the effciency of information sharing in tourism enterprises has a direct impact on the establishment of sharing model, tourism enterprises should improve the ability and effciency of large data analysis and processing, and the model of information service sharing should be based on customers.
