新批评理论视角下考文垂·巴特摩尔诗歌的解析

Analysis of Coventry Patmore's Poetry from the Perspective of New Criticism

新批评,主张作品本体论,注重从文本内部寻找意义,对文本进行语言学的解读。新批评对文学作品本身表现出一种深刻的、近乎虔诚的关注,其中尤以诗歌作为关注的焦点。本文在新批评理论的视角下,运用新批评所提倡的细读方法,从张力、反讽以及隐喻三个方面对拉斐尔前派诗人考文垂·巴特摩尔的诗歌进行解读,以期更加全面、客观地理解考文垂·巴特摩尔的诗歌。

New criticism, advocating the literary ontology, focuses on fnding meanings from the text and studying the literariness of literature there. It attaches great importance to the attention of literature itself, especially for poetry. Under the perspective of new criticism, this paper uses the method of close reading to interpret the poems of Coventry Patmore from three aspects, namely： tension, irony and metaphor, in order to understand his poems more comprehensively and objectively.
