摘要
味觉作为人类最基本最直接熟悉的身体经验之一,在人类认知过程中至关重要。本文借助去隐喻化手段,选取基本味觉词"酸(sour)、甜(sweet)、苦(bitter)"为研究对象,探讨《青铜葵花》英译过程中如何通过对基本味觉词的去隐喻化,来实现源语言与目标语言之间的转码。有助于人们更好地理解中西文化之间的差异,在阅读和欣赏作品时能正确理解其涵义,从而推动中国文化走向世界。
Taste, as one of the most basic and familiar bodily experiences, is very important in the process of human cognition. With the help of de-metaphorical means, this paper selects the basic taste words "sour", "sweet" and "bitter" as the research objects and discusses how to realize the transcoding between the source language and the target language by de-metaphorization in the English translation process of the Bronze and Sunfower. It helps people have a better understanding of the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, and their meanings in reading and appreciating works, thus to promote Chinese culture to the world.
