The essential part of cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism is the integration of knowledge and action. Mudanjiang University take ＂three strengthening＂ and ＂six leading actions＂ as the innovative practice and carrier to carry forward the core socialist values, promoting the propaganda and practice of socialist core values, and comprehensively promoting the construction of a harmonious campus.
