清代东北地区“新满洲”筑城驻防职责探析

An Analysis of Fortification and Garrison of the “New manchuria” in the Northeast Area of the Qing Dynasty

清政府对东北"龙兴之地"极为重视,为防御沙俄侵略、保卫东北边疆,采取了一系列措施来加强边防建设。编入"新满洲"的东北各部族责无旁贷地承担着筑城驻防等职责。在开发东北边疆的同时,新满洲又成为东北边疆的保卫者,为维护国家领土完整、保障边疆地区稳定,恪尽职守地履行自己的职责,完成国家赋予的历史使命。

The Qing government attached great importance to the ＂land of longxing＂ in the northeast of China and took a series of measures to strengthen the construction of frontier defense in order to defend the invasion of Russia and the northeast frontier. The northeastern tribes that have been incorporated into the ＂New Manchuria＂ are duty-bound to assume responsibility such as building and garrison the city. While developing the northeast frontier, New Manchuria became the protector of it. In order to maintain the country＇s territorial integrity and guarantee the stability of the border area, New Manchuria fulfilled his duties and the historical mission which assigned by the state.
