The Generation Mechanism and Promoting Strategy about the Affinity of the Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育亲和力是思想政治教育活动诸要素各自作用并通过协作而产生的整体合力。只有各要素对受教育者共同作用并且诸要素协同配合,思想政治教育活动才会产生亲和力。思想政治教育亲和力的提升,要以教育活动为起点,以受教育者的变化为终点,注重知识传授,形成理性认同;注重价值引领,实现价值认同;增强主体间互动,实现情感认同;加强载体创新,实现方法认同;发挥环体合力,实现环境认同。

The affinity of the ideological and political education is the holistic force by synergistic reaction of each element which was embodied in the ideological and political education activities. Only by the combined and harmonized action can we promote the affinity of the ideological and political education. The improvement of the affinity of ideological and political education should start from educational activities, end with the changes of the educatees, therefore, we should achieve the rational identity by emphasizing the transfer of the knowledge; achieve the value identity by guiding the values; achieve the emotion identity by strengthening inter-subjective interaction; achieve the method identity by innovating carrier, and achieve the environmental identity by exerting the environmental joint force.
