摘要
提升学生职业素养,培养应用型人才是应用型本科高校转型发展过程中面临的必然选择。女大学生的职业素养培养机制、规律有其独特性。我们要搭建三大平台,即校园文化活动平台、校企互动平台、职业指导平台;构建三大体系,即实践能力培养体系、"双导师"指导评价体系、职业指导全程化服务体系,弥补女大学生在实践能力、信息获取能力、职业意识等方面的不足,达到提升女大学生职业素养的目的。
Improving the professional quality of students and cultivating applied talents are inevitable choices in the process of transformation and development of applied undergraduate colleges. The mechanism, law and characteristics of female college students’ professional quality training have their own uniqueness. Therefore, we should build three platforms, namely, campus cultural activity platform, school-enterprise interactive platform, and career guidance platform and create three major systems, namely, practical ability training system, “double mentors” guidance evaluation system, and vocational guidance full-service service system so as to compensate for the female college students’ deficiencies in practice ability, information acquisition ability, professional awareness and other aspects, thus achieving the purpose of improving their professionalism.
