摘要 曳引机机座是永磁同步无齿轮曳引机的关键部件.运用建模软件完成曳引机机座的三维模型,并对曳引力进行计算校核.将曳引力施加于机座,通过仿真计算发现曳引机机座的筋部位出现应力集中现象,其最大应力超出材料许用应力,不满足强度条件,因此需对曳引机机座进行结构优化.通过多种优化方案的分析、比选,确定出曳引机机座的最优方案. The traction machine frame is one of the key parts of the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction ma-chine. Its structure reliability affects the reliability of the traction machine, and influences the safe operation of the eleva-tor. According to the working condition of lifting system, the driving ability is calculated and verified. The model of thetraction machine frame is completed through the 3D modeling software. Based on the finite element analysis software, thetraction machine frame is simulated and calculated. The calculation results show that local high stress positions have thephenomena of stress focus, which causes the maximum stress of the frame exceeding the allowable stress. Therefore, aimingto reduce stress focus, the optimization schemes are proposed. By discussing the optimization schemes, the reasonable planfor optimizing the motor frame is determined, which is provided for optimizing and designing the motor frame.
