摘要
基于WWH-CDIO教育理念,采用教学实验法,在网球选项课教学中运用小群体教学模式优化教学效果,促进大学生身心健康.结果表明:小群体教学模式应用于网球教学,通过合理的分组和有效的组织与调控,能够增强学生主体感受、激发学生学习的兴趣与积极性、加强学生间的交流与合作,有助于促进学生运动技能的掌握;有助于团队凝聚力的增加;有助于缓解学生焦虑,改善人际关系,提升心理健康水平.教学效果明显好于传统教学模式.
Based on the concept of CDIO education, this research applied small group teaching model into elective courseteaching of tennis so as to test the teaching effect and the practical theory, aiming to promote the small group teaching mod-el in Physical Education in universities widely and effectively. The results showed that the teaching effect is improved great-ly compared with the traditional teaching mode when the small group teaching model is applied in tennis teaching, whichhelps to strengthen students' subjective feelings, arouse students' learning interesting and enthusiasm, enhance exchangesand cooperation between students, increase team cohesion, alleviate the students' anxiety, improve interpersonal relation-ship and mental health.
